Job Summary:
BolsterBiz seeks a proactive and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, independence, and a results-driven mindset to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via email and chat with exceptional professionalism.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, couriers, and other stakeholders in our business.
  • Manage POs, refunds, discounts, inventory, and damage trackers.
  • Operate Shopify for order management and inventory control.
  • Assist in creating and refining processes and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Support online marketing efforts using tools like Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of international customer support experience (non-voice preferred).
  • Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of 3PL and e-commerce operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with online shopping trends and tools (Canva, social media marketing).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and independent work ethic.
  • Open to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
