Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer to join our Managed Services
Team. In this role, you will write and maintain custom front-end code within a Saas web application and help optimize client workflows using AI-powered automations and
conversational AI interfaces. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to
deliver tailored solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our growing customer
base.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Write, maintain, and optimize custom front-end code within the
Zingtree web application.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver
customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
AI Workflow Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and rebuild customer support workflows
using AI automations to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Responsive Design: Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive,
cross-browser web interfaces.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize
performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Documentation: Create clear technical documentation explaining code structure,
functionality, and usage to help clients and internal teams understand, troubleshoot, and
maintain delivered solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience
Technical Proficiency:
o 3+ years of hands-on JavaScript and front-end development experience.
o Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to write clean,
maintainable code.
o 1+ year of experience working with APIs, including REST/JSON endpoints,
authentication, and third-party integrations.
AI & Automation Exposure: Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, automation tools,
prompt engineering, or conversational interfaces (chatbots, decision trees, guided
experiences) is a plus.
CRM & CCaaS Exposure: Experience or familiarity with CRM and CCaaS platforms
such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9, or a strong interest in learning how front-end
applications integrate with customer engagement systems.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with clients and
cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical
audiences.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and
eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
