Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer to join our Managed Services
Team. In this role, you will write and maintain custom front-end code within a Saas web application and help optimize client workflows using AI-powered automations and
conversational AI interfaces. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to
deliver tailored solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our growing customer
base.
Key Responsibilities
● Front-End Development: Write, maintain, and optimize custom front-end code within the
Zingtree web application.
● Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver
customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
● AI Workflow Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and rebuild customer support workflows
using AI automations to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
● Responsive Design: Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive,
cross-browser web interfaces.
● Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize
performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
● Documentation: Create clear technical documentation explaining code structure,
functionality, and usage to help clients and internal teams understand, troubleshoot, and
maintain delivered solutions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
● Technical Proficiency:
o 3+ years of hands-on JavaScript and front-end development experience.
o Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to write clean,
maintainable code.
o 1+ year of experience working with APIs, including REST/JSON endpoints,
authentication, and third-party integrations.
● AI & Automation Exposure: Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, automation tools,
prompt engineering, or conversational interfaces (chatbots, decision trees, guided
experiences) is a plus.
● CRM & CCaaS Exposure: Experience or familiarity with CRM and CCaaS platforms
such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9, or a strong interest in learning how front-end
applications integrate with customer engagement systems.
● Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with clients and
cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical
audiences.
● Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and
eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
